Business Closure Information
A lot of you know that Tim and I have been semi retired for about 2 years now and after much soul searching and long discussions we have finally decided to hang our cameras up and fully retire.
We didn’t come to this decision lightly because we really do love what we do, but we are getting older and want to spend more time with our family.
We have had an absolute blast over the last 16 years, it’s been so much fun. We have so many lovely memories and met some of the best people, some of our customers we definitely consider you more like friends than customers, you all know who you are!!

Closure Dates
Eyeconic will be officially closed on 31st May 2025 and we are no longer taking bookings.
Outstanding Prints
We will honour any print orders from viewings that have taken place since January 2024, the cut off date for print orders is 30th April 2025. Please ensure you get in touch to order your prints before the cut off date.
Please email us with the numbers taken from the USB - NOT the app - we do not have access to everyone’s app so we will not be able to process the order without these numbers.
If you are ordering your own prints please remember that supermarket chains use cheap paper and the quality may not be great. We recommend Keynsham Photo Centre, their prints are amazing quality and very affordable.
Digitals
We will store all 'purchased' images until 31st December 2025. Please ensure all your images are backed up in numerous places.
Images not purchased will be deleted on 31st May 2025.
If you would like to purchase additional images from your shoot please contact us to make a viewing appointment, this will need to take place before 30th April 2025.
If you have lost your purchased images please contact us before 31st December 2025. There will be an admin fee of £25 to retrieve the images and once paid the images will be sent to you via WeTransfer for you to download.
No images will be stored after 31st December 2025.
Eyeconic App
We have been informed that the app will remain active for 10 years (until approximately 2035) after we cancel the subscription.
There are other ways to download your images onto your phone such as Google Photos, Dropbox, Flickr etc so we would suggest looking into these before the expiry date.
